Founded by solo entrepreneur Silvia Rizzo, a Sicilian-born WSET level 3 wine professional and qualified chef based in London. Silvia partners with and carefully selects lesser-known boutique wine producers, family-run estates, farm-owners, olive oil producers, chefs, boutique hotels and private drivers in Sicily, to serve sophisticated international travellers seeking authentic experiences and hidden gems, away from touristy places
